Average manufacturing and delivery period is 11-16 weeks for special ordered attendant & bridal gowns. Some special ordered Prom, mother & flowergirls gowns run 2-4 weeks. We do not ship internationally.

Each manufacturer has a unique manufacturing schedule. This schedule varies throughout the year for each item based upon seasonal demand. Each manufacturer’s current manufacturing schedule is displayed on the product detail page.

The clock begins ticking once we order the items from the manufacturer. This normally occurs within 24 hours. The exception to this is when a bride has registered her wedding on our web-site and we will be ordering a group of attendant gowns for her wedding. We place the order with the manufacturer once the final bridesmaid registered within her event has purchased. This procedure must be followed to protect against dye lot variations.

IMPORTANT: Be sure you use the factory size chart to pick your size. Do not simply select your normal dress size. Once the order is placed with a manufacturer it CANNOT be changed.

Most of the gowns offered are sized smaller than normal street apparel. Meaning with most of these manufacturers you will need a size larger than you normally wear in everyday street apparel.

Manufacturers provide size charts as your guide in choosing the correct size. Look for the size chart on the product detail page.

Measure carefully. Review this “How to measure” video for sizing explanations.

It is important that you measure properly. We can help guide you in this area, but we cannot choose the size for you. Proper fit is subjective and individual - one person may like a dress tighter than another. You will need to choose the size you feel most comfortable with, given your measurements and fit preferences. Remember, when choosing a size for a two-piece or separates, the waist and hip measurements need to be considered along with your bust, as tops are fitted through those areas as well. Remember also, every designer has their own size chart.

Sizes usually cannot be changed on a order once it has been placed. The final choice for size is yours. The information provided is intended to help you make the best choice.

If you require assistance in determining your size, we are happy to help. You can email netsales@bridalsbylori.com, however, when we give advice on sizing, we are basing it on the information you’ve provided – since we are not taking the measurements ourselves, we have to assume that the measurements provided are correct, and that is what we are basing our recommendations upon.

Measuring tips: The best way to get accurate measurements and find the best fit is to enlist a rprofessional seamstressto help you. Measure your bust at the fullest part with your arms down by your side. Then measure your waist at its smallest part. Remember gown measurements are at your natural waist, not necessarily where your jeans sit. You should measure your hips around their fullest part. View our Measuring Guide
